Katherine Lemay, R.N., M.S, Chief Executive Officer/Administrator

Katherine has worked in Long Term Care settings for over thirty years. She has shared her administrative talents at Notre Dame since 1997. She is a graduate of Boston University. Katherine is an accomplished watercolor artist. She also enjoys reading and walking. Her family includes a son, his wife, granddaughter, a sister and her family.



Diane Caron-Stadig, Assistant Administrator
Director of Social Services

Diane has worked in the geriatric field for over thirty years serving as a consultant to long-term care facilities. She served as Notre Dame MSW consultant for over ten years before she accepted the position as Director of Social Service and later added the role of Assistant Administrator. She enjoys the blend of administrative responsibilities with one-to-one interactions with residents and their families. Diane holds a Masters Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Casework and Administration.


Debra Forss, RN, Director of Nurses

Debra is a graduate of the University of New York and is a recent addition to our management staff. She lives with her husband, three children and two dogs in a 1780 colonial home they have restored. She enjoys knitting, rug hooking, antiquing and reading, the beach and spending time with close friends and family.




Dawn Labelle, BSN Assistant Director of Nurses,
has a wide variety of nursing experience including hospice, working as a Navy Nurse with Marines at Camp Pendleton, home care nursing, school nursing and of course long term care. She earned her degree at Fitchburg State College.

She is a wife and mother to two girls and one boy. She enjoys scrapbooking, crafts, sewing and most of all spending time with her children. She is Worcester born and bred and comments: "Notre Dame has that special feeling the minute you walk in the door - Peace, Pride, Care and Compassion are the great gifts of NDLTCC."


Gerri Lorusso, Admissions Coordinator, Social Worker

Gerri is typically the first staff person residents and families meet when they come to Notre Dame. She is very adept at assisting people through the transition to our facility. She has worked at Notre Dame for 15 years. She possesses a BA in Psychology from Assumption College. She and her husband Tony have four children, Anthony, Lea, Rebecca and Francesca



Martha Byron, Chaplain and Director of Pastoral Care

Martha has a BA in Education, an MA in Pastoral Counseling, and completed her Clinical Pastoral Education at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen. Martha has taught elementary school, directed parish religious education programs and returned to school after her children were grown to complete the work necessary to becoming a certified chaplain. Martha is married and has 3 children, 1 grandchild, 3 step grandchildren and 1 step great grandchild. She enjoys bird watching, listening to music, knitting, quilting and travel.


Pam Reidy, Director of Mission

Pam sees that the spirituality and characteristics of the Sisters of Notre Dame permeate the four programs on the Notre Dame campus. She holds a BA in English and a Masters Degree in Theology. She has worked in one form or another with the Sisters of Notre Dame since 1969. She is a graduate of One Spirit Seminary. She taught for many years at the secondary and college levels and worked in parish ministry. Pam loves to travel, read, learn, study, write poetry, take pictures and walk in the woods. She is passionate about many justice issues and travels frequently to Haiti to minister to the poor.


Jadranka Grek, Activity Director and Special Unit Program Director

Jadranka is a certified Activity Consultant, Certified Alzheimer's Trainer, and holds a BA in Economics. She is shared between the Activity Department and the East Wing. As a Chess Master, she enjoys playing and teaching chess, loves travel, reading gardening, learning foreign languages and cooking for family and friends. Jadranka lives with her husband and three daughters.



Irene Gadbois RN., Nurse Manager, West Wing

Irene has worked with Notre Dame for many years as the Assistant Director of Nursing. A graduate of St. Vincent Hospital School of Nursing and Worcester State College. She has been married to husband Bob for 40 years and has three children and eleven grandchildren. Knitting is her passion and a great source of relaxation. When she is not nursing, she enjoys a seasonal campsite with her husband in Wells, Maine.


Beverly Amosah, R.N., Nurse Manager, Weekend Supervisor.

In addition to her BsN, Beverly holds a BS in Business and Economics. She travels frequently to spend time with her family members in Connecticut. She loves travel, family, reading and gourmet cooking.





Cheryl Trimby, RN,BSN.N, Unit Charge Nurse,
Nurse Manager, Weekend Supervisor

Cheryl has been married to husband John for 24 years. They have three children and one granddaughter. Cheryl loves to dance classical ballet and teaches dance to toddlers as well as adult dance-exercise classes. She enjoys knitting and a good book with a happy ending! She is a graduate of St. Vincent Hospital and received her BSN at Anna Maria College.



Kathy Bailey, LPN, Nursing Department, East Wing Manager

Kathy knew the minute she did her clinical in Geriatrics that she had found her love in the nursing field. She say, "It clicked, I loved them." She has a special devotion to people with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. A personal family experience with dementia has made her very sensitive to what is stolen from individuals and families who suffer from these diseases. Kathy is married, has two grown sons, and likes to read, learn, accept a challenge and spend time with her family at Six Flags. She was the first scholarship recipient for the Nursing Program at Joplin Technical School and received full scholarship for her training. She is currently studying for her RN.


Stephen Totino, Notre Dame's Controller

Stephen is Notre Dame's Controller, responsible for all financial aspects of the organization. A graduate of Northeastern University, Steve has been married for 11 years to his wife Mariea. He has one son Nicholas and lives in Stoughton. In his spare time, while not balancing numbers, Steve likes to play tennis, football and enjoys reading and fishing.



Patty Feinsmith, Patient Accounts Manager

Patty is responsible for patient billing, insurances and finances. She is a Notary Public. Patty has worked in long term care for nineteen years, and is the very able person families go to when they need clarification on billing and insurances. Patty grew up in Long Island, NY and has been married to her husband Ira for 25 years. She has two sons, loves watching movies and doing Sudoku.



Michele Joseph-Kephart, Director of Staff Development

Michele is a nurse with an Associates Degree in Science from Quinsigamond Community College. Her duties at Notre Dame include acting as the staff health nurse and ensuring that all staff completes mandatory and ongoing training. She is married to husband Kevin and has two daughters ages nine and six. She enjoys spending time with her family, keeping up with her girls' activities, hiking, and being outdoors.


Carol Smith, Plant Operations

Carol has worked in long-term care since she was 16 years old. Her mom worked in a local nursing home and three of her four children followed her footsteps into nursing home care. As Director of Plant Operations and Safety Officer, she is responsible for the Maintenance, Laundry, Housekeeping and Grounds departments. She has been married to her husband Ron for 22 years, has two children, and will complete her BS in the summer of 2009.


Jim Wallgren, Director of Dietary Services

Jim has brought his culinary skills to long-term care for over 30 years. He holds an Associates Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from University of Virgin Islands, St Thomas V.I. When not creating culinary delights for our residents Jim enjoys camping, canoeing, and scuba diving.



Jo-Ann Desjardin, Director of Human Resources

has a job with a wide variety of duties. She says one day at work is never the same as another. She has lived with her partner Peter for 29 years, and loves travel, rock and roll, music, jewelry, shopping and most of all hanging out with her nephews. She has driven cross the USA 5 times, never using the same route!




Patricia Campbell, Director, Notre Dame Educational Bridge Center

Pat has been the Director of the Notre Dame Educational Bridge Center since October 2005. Prior to her current role, Pat was a consultant for Notre Dame for over 2 years and actively participated in the design of the Bridge Center. With over twenty years in banking, operations management, and organizational development, Pat brings to her role expertise in business planning, marketing/customer service, grant writing, and career development. Pat received her B.S. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and her M.B.A. from Babson College. In addition to spending time with her husband Paul, Pat enjoys reading, walking and photography.
